Get the most out of Zigpoll and Flashy

Step #1: Create your integration

  1. Get your Api Key from Flashy. You can access your key by following the steps here: https://flashy.app/help/account-management/how-to-find-your-api-key/

  2. In Zigpoll: Click Settings -> Manage Integrations -> Enable the Flashy Integration

  3. Enter your api key into the input fields and press save.

Step #2: Collect Your Data

Once your integration has been completed, any email and survey submissions that are captured from any survey on your website will be added into your Flashy audience at the same time. When a respondent provides a phone number, it is normalized to E.164 format and included as phone in the event context.
