# Email Shopify Customer Segment

Send your Zigpoll survey to a segment of your Shopify customers using auto-segmentation. Zigpoll will automatically match responses back to your Shopify customer profiles.

#### Step #1: Create a Link-Only Survey

1. Go to **Surveys → Create Survey**.
2. Create your survey and make it **live**.

#### Step #2: Open the Email Sender

1. Go to **Surveys → Select your survey**.
2. Click **Campaigns → Emails**.

#### Step #3: Auto Segment Your Customers

1. Click **Auto Segment**.
2. Enter the parameters for your customer segment (e.g., order count, total spend, location).
3. Press **Send Emails**. You will see a confirmation showing how many customers were generated in your segment.

Once the emails are sent, responses will automatically be mapped back to your Shopify customers. You'll know exactly how each customer responded and can follow up with them if necessary.
