Email Shopify Customer Segment

Send survey emails to a segment of your Shopify customers

Send your Zigpoll survey to a segment of your Shopify customers using auto-segmentation. Zigpoll will automatically match responses back to your Shopify customer profiles.

Step #1: Create a Link-Only Survey

1. Go to Surveys → New Survey.

2. Create your survey and make it live.

Step #2: Open the Email Sender

1. Go to Surveys → Select your survey.

2. Click Campaigns → Email.

Step #3: Auto Segment Your Customers

1. Click Auto Segment.

2. Enter the parameters for your customer segment (e.g., order count, total spend, location).

3. Press Send Emails. You will see a confirmation showing how many customers were generated in your segment.

Sending to all customers. The segment can't be larger than what is left of your plan's monthly email allowance. If it is, Zigpoll stops before sending and tells you how many emails you can still send. Narrow the rules, or upgrade, then try again. Campaigns → SMS has the same Auto Segment option for text messages.

Once the emails are sent, responses will automatically be mapped back to your Shopify customers. You'll know exactly how each customer responded and can follow up with them if necessary.
