Have questions about your subscription, charges, or account settings? Here are the answers to the most common billing and account questions.

What plan am I on?

You can check your current plan from your Zigpoll dashboard. Go to the Account section and you'll see your active plan, usage, and billing cycle.

I was charged but I thought I was on the free plan

If you previously upgraded to a paid plan, your subscription may still be active. Check your account's subscription status in the Zigpoll dashboard or in your Shopify app subscriptions. If you believe the charge was made in error, contact us and we'll sort it out.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What counts as a response? How are limits calculated?

Each individual slide answer submitted by a participant counts as one response toward your plan limit. A single survey with 3 questions will generate up to 3 responses per participant.

Can I use Zigpoll on multiple Shopify stores?

Each Shopify store requires its own Zigpoll account and subscription. If you operate multiple stores and need a custom arrangement, reach out to us and we can discuss options.

How do I add team members to my account?

You can invite team members from your account settings. They'll receive an email invitation to join your Zigpoll account.

I'm having trouble logging in

If you installed Zigpoll through Shopify, you should access it directly from your Shopify admin panel under Apps. If you're using Zigpoll outside of Shopify, make sure you're logging in with the email address you used to create your account.

How do I manage my email notifications?

You can control notification frequency and recipients from your account settings or on a per-survey basis. You can turn off individual survey notifications, weekly recaps, or redirect notifications to a different email address.
