# Join Existing Account

To join an existing account, you need an invite from the **account owner, an Admin, or a Billing Admin**. Invite emails expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask for a new one. If you don't know who manages the account, [email us](mailto:support@zigpoll.com) and we will get you set up.

Open the link in the invite email to accept it. Signing up separately won't connect you to the account. If the invite opened an empty account or the wrong one, see [Adding Team Members → Troubleshooting](/tutorials/adding-team-members.md#troubleshooting).
