View order value data alongside your post purchase survey responses
Zigpoll automatically tracks and correlates your average order value and total order value for each survey response. This feature is available on post purchase surveys.
Setting Up
Create a post purchase survey by selecting Post Purchase when creating a new survey. We recommend including:
A "How did you hear about us?" question to determine which marketing channels are working
A satisfaction or brand-specific question
An open-ended question to capture additional feedback
Viewing Your Data
Log into your Zigpoll dashboard.
Select your survey and navigate through each slide.
If order data is available, it will be listed on the card below your responses.
Understanding the Metrics
Total Order Value — Tallies up the order total from all customers who selected a certain response. For example, each time a user selects "Instagram" from a "How did you hear about us?" question, their order total is added to the grand total.
Average Order Value — The average order value from all customers who selected a certain response. This is the total order value divided by the number of respondents who selected that option.
